Pros

- Flexible work life balance, summer hours

Cons

- Low salary, not even close fair, repeatedly brought up by employees and never addressed - Expensive benefits, took away 1 week of pto - So much turnover, including leadership creating inefficiencies all across teams; leadership seems to change ~every 4 years - Tech and product move as slow as a dinosaur, not agile at all. - Communication to employees is all over the place - always a new communication strategy, you regularly get spammed with emails and town halls making it difficult to pay attention or attend them all - No focus on actual customer needs, too many new ideas thrown around, too many partnership opportunities explored, include product In everything making them inefficient/extremely slow - UX team is never aligned with product, just trying to meet their quotas - Functional teams create so much ambiguity
