Pros

- Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 remote) - Nice office location

Cons

- Terrible hours, expected to work 12+ hours a day, including weekends - Does not meet industry standards, no 401(k) match, lunch only provided once a week, health insurance is average at best - Everything is an emergency - expect to receive constant messages and phone calls at all hours of the day - PTO is not respected, many people end up working on days off anyways.

Pros

Agentic AI has a lot of potential if the leadership ever changes or the product actually works in production. I worked with a lot of talented teammates that did their best given the conditions. They've hired a lot of former Google employees, but not a single person from Coinbase or Okta. The founders are well connected so they can raise tons of capital. Might be having some challenges now since SC is not transparent with the board. The office has decent snacks.

Cons

Leadership has created a culture of fear and anxiety rather than trust. The CEO regularly messages employees at all hours and expects immediate responses, even at 2 AM. Middle management monitors everything you do across systems, including personal calendars, and constantly reports it back to the C-Suite. Time is frequently interrupted with unnecessary “fire drills” that are more like control tactics than actual business needs. Attrition is incredibly high because most people leave or are fired without clear justification within 6 months. Leadership will go behind your back to contact customers directly if they feel excluded, then wait until team calls to share the details in a confrontational way. The reason they're excluded is because they join unprepared and derail conversations with irrelevant use cases and collateral, yet they insist on being included in everything. You will be undermined at all times. If you value stability, respect, and work-life balance, this is not the place.

Pros

* Placed well in Gartner * Well funded

Cons

* Most days are 10-14+ hours to coordinate with India. * Sunday nights in the US are a nightmare as India wakes up and your phone explodes * You won't be able to get a lot done until 7pm in the US because that's when India wakes up * Calls and responses on the weekend are expected and typical
