Pros

Cool clients. No to little stress on the projects. You're surrounded with nice people and good colleagues.

Cons

Some of the engineers working in this company are not too good at what they do - but nowadays I consider this to be normal just because the demand for people with these skillsets is skyrocketing.

On technical perspective I couldn't find what I was looking for all the time. But generally it's good.

Pros

There are a lot of people who are always willing to help, enjoying as a team even while handling the harsh situations. The company environment is one of the best that you can feel like a home.

Cons

Salaries are not as high as it should be. Can’t say they are not paying well but comparing to the market their levels need to be higher to not lose those amazing people.
