Pros

I didn't find any pros in this organisation. They lack in managing project timelines, resources. you will be working day and night but things won't progress but the requirements changes often. Terrible leads and managers, who has no agile mindset.

Pros

After Epam bought Emakina, Most of the pros just went to cons. Can't say many things about the Epam-related things but, Emakina had a pretty cool culture, friendly work environment, big customers, and good HRs that take care of everyone. Around 3-4 company buildings annually, great plans to stress out.

Cons

Well, after your project or your duty is over on the project, you hanging on the line to be able to get any project. Worst integration ever. Epam and Emakina.TR managers just screwed up the whole integration process of Emakina.
