      - you may sit for 6 months without project - you may be fired because of not getting any project for 6 months by company - you probably need to chase your employment/labor law rights since they don't tell you if you don't know - do not think about improvement on your career within company, probably they 're gonna choose closer friends - there is no educational opportunities on tech level, you need to improve yourself without support from company - company can reduce your salary anytime - company does not keep its promises - there is no transparency in company culture - office location
