Management sucks. The managers were chosen from the worst people to be elected. The foresight of the managers is almost non-existent. When the company was 100 people, they decided to grow and replaced our office with a bigger office in a worse place, now we have 50 people. They never give confidence financially, they always have a hidden agenda and they victimize their employees. While the exchange rate was 7.8 from euro to TL, they multiplied our salaries by 7 and converted them to TL. Management sends a survey every 2 weeks and asks for your opinion, but nobody cares about your opinion. They don't keep promises, then they blame the economy and the country's administration. Now they have joined to EPAM and set a target of 10,000 employees, the salaries have changed to dollars but somehow they have destroyed 20% of their employees' salaries. They will probably close the company very soon.

- Management makes every problem public, if they part ways with someone they will write about all her/his faults on social platforms. - Management thinks they do everything perfect. Planning/Organisation everythink you can think of and therefore there are a lot of circulation. - Its more like a family company, not like a corporate company you used to see in 21st century. - English speaking is very limited and even most of the customer don't speak English even if they know they prefere to communicate in French. - No onboarding process before projects even if you recently join the EmakinFR you need to run behind people just to have a locale environment to work with. - Using really old technologies therefore you can't improve yourself with the works you do. - Management don't speak face to face with employees if there is a problem and without speaking they can blame them anyway. - Emakina has a lot of entities which employees can switch between if they can fit with their entity, which can happen often. But if you are worked with EmakinaFR and you part ways to join another entity, they can send e-mail to their MD like "be careful with that one" even if you have positive feedbacks from you colleges etc. - They doesn't respect you as a person, and they don't behave like professionals.
