Great team spirit and great office

Cons

Acquiring company pretty much forced their processes and company culture on Emakina, without really understanding the way the company was running. This lead to half the company leaving, which pretty much eliminated one of the biggest plus points of the company - the people

My colleagues were great, the environment overall was very good. The company would provide us with drinks, snacks, massages, yoga classes, and parties. The HR team was very caring and professional

The projects were not challenging enough. The team structure was also not very good or professional. I was lacking some guidance, working with senior creatives, or motivation. It was very unorganized sometimes
