Our administration is pro staff.. The CNE literally knows each staff and actively listens to our concerns and gives us solutions. My director is amazing and is truly a servant leader. She rounds on patients and staff. Helps out on the floor when we need her

We have supplies but we have to keep requesting and it takes too much of our time.
