As a hospital system, Emanate Health (EH) not only provides state of the art services, programs, amazing care and treatment to our patients and communities, we have a unique atmosphere and culture - we are a family. I have worked at EH Queen of the Valley Hospital for 24 years and have seen our system grow and expand over the years and love that we maintain the feeling of family among staff. I could do my job anywhere but I remain at EH Queen of the Valley because of the culture and I believe in our mission, vision and values. Emanate Health puts its patients, communities and staff first. We focus on the patient experience and exceeding expectations. Connecting with patients, families and each other is our goal and is a part of our culture. Emanate Health has so many amazing programs and services (too many to list here) in place that benefit our communities. I’m proud of that. Employee benefits are very good and if feel EH is diligent in keeping our employee contributions as low as possible. Salaries are competitive and fair. Our leadership is very supportive and available to staff. We have passionate and knowledgeable leaders throughout our organization. I’m proud to be a part of our nursing leadership team. They’re a great group. Emanate Health invests in its employees. We have great employee recognition programs and have regularly scheduled events throughout the year: In&Out days, pancake breakfasts, ice cream socials, candy and cookies for the holidays, Nurses Week, Hospital Week, Holiday Luncheon.
