      It truely is a wonderful place to work!! I always have feel appreciated with everything I do!! I have been here for many years and I plan on staying for many years to come!!

      Pros

      Emanate Health Queen of the Valley is truly the best place to work. Upper management and staff have open door policy. Your voice matters no matter who you talk to and it makes you feel valued. There are so many opportunities that come your way and you can take advantage of it and excel in what you do. The culture of this hospital is soothing and you always feel at home when you come to work. The staff actually takes care of each other’s needs and that is plus for me knowing I have the support of my staff and upper management team.

      Cons

      Only thing is I wish I was fluent in Spanish. But there are interpreters to help so that’s not a problem.
