Setting up work schedules is easy and quick, and the managers are willing to help work around your schedule when finalizing.

Cons

It was difficult for me to get socialized to my unit because there are so many cliques on my unit, but I'm now friendly with everyone and am mindful to help new nurses that are coming in to become comfortable.
