      Hands on patient care in a busy Outpatient and PACU in an acute care community hospital.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule depending on management Flex days can be a pro or con depending on the way you look at it.

      Cons

      The facility is not up to date and there can definitely be more of an effort to make the hospital nicer and cleaner. Human Resources is horrible here. They will dodge phone calls and ignore emails. HR reps are not on the employees' side whatsoever. Food is not that great. Hard to move up in positions. Facility needs an upgrade.
