Very nice staffing. Great for a stepping stone.

Cons

When management wants to remove a position they will and just let you go. Everything to their benefit of course but they pay very low. Not enough people and staff gets over worked.

Management is all about money now Work Loads are extremely heavy for an RT at QVH bordering on medicare fraud - billing is done on an individual basis but workload is expected to be done on a group basis in order to complete it. Staff at ICC/FPH will not help you out if your on the line for punishment Mid level managers range from highly inefficient to borderline efficient
