The team I have work well together. My directors are open and understanding. Lots of training programs. Patient relation training. We are supplied with what we need. Cleanliness in all area. Education re-imbursement. Lean Six Sigma training. Building Connections training for better customer and inter office service. Just a nice place to work.

Cons

In large organizations, not all departments are treated equally. Some departments are not friendly to each other. I hope they treat patients/customers better then they treat other department employees.
