Pros

Great benefits, better than any other job I've had. Tuition reimbursement for furthering education related to your position/advancement. Good work/life balance, and room to customize our own work spaces to allow a fun and relaxing environment.

Cons

Outdated communication systems, such as we have old style fax machines instead of having e-fax. This delays some communication due to internet availability, and in turn we may miss faxes that could potentially be missed information.

Can't think of anymore honestly.

Cons

Always short staffed. Terrible management. Old breaking down equipment. No respect for nurses. Hospital just interested in their own monetary profit, not the patients or staff. List goes on.
