      unhappy staff in every dept.

      Pros

      Very nice staffing. Great for a stepping stone.

      Cons

      When management wants to remove a position they will and just let you go. Everything to their benefit of course but they pay very low. Not enough people and staff gets over worked.

      Pros

      Pros: Great benefits and the new HR leaders at least listen to department challenges. Pay is industry standard. Building Connections is a great way to learn team work. Many classes available to advance your skills. Great co-workers for the most part.

      Cons

      Coffee with the President is only for those that don't have challenges to share. Director's are mini-gods and almost untouchable. Work-life balance is not considered.

      Pros

      You will be employed. This is the only pro that I have considering it's important having a job. Everything else is a HUGE con.

      Cons

      This is the most unprofessional company I've ever had the displeasure to be around. Please do not apply here. Long work hours for little to no pay, bullying, unprofessionalism, racism. You name it, it's here! You've been warned.
