The leaders are very supportive all the way from the CNE to the CMO to the CEO. The CNE is a very good leader and a leadership mentor. Always has views to expand and improve not only the units but the the organization.

Mary Konyalian is a wonderful and caring leader as the nursing executive. She always try to be fair, kind and considerate to all her employees whether in the critical care areas, ancillary depts or other areas. She consistently tries to resolve problems in a timely manner whenever it is brought to her. She never turns anyone down whenever a meeting is needed. Although there is always a bad apple who may want to speak erroneously against the organization, Mary does her best to bring out the best in people. She is not a people pleaser but a person of principle despite the consequences that may come against her. A prime example is that even while she had a recent surgery, she came back early to help with pending TJC survey. QVH has a great leader working there and hopefully for years to come. She is the best CNE at Emanate Health.
