I genuinely love working here. Every day, I feel like the work I do matters and that I'm making a real difference. The company culture is positive, supportive, and employee-focused. Leadership is approachable and always quick to address any concerns or feedback. It’s the little things that add up too, like regular snacks and thoughtful gestures to show us how much they value us.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. Every workplace has challenges, but here they’re handled quickly and transparently.

Emanate Health genuinely has a great culture. The staff are friendly and the management wants employees to succeed. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement and long-term career growth. It's no wonder that there are so many staff that stay here for 20+ years. It's rare to see that nowadays! The health insurance is excellent and really shows that the company cares about the well-being of its employees. I no longer experience "Sunday Scaries" nor dread going to work, as I did at my last job before coming to work at Emanate Health.
