Upper Management is a joke and unless your part of the in crowd they don’t even know who you are. They always buy the cheapest things and dont value their employees. The night give you some cold pizza or a treat bag of snack junk and thinks this is what people want. Very disconnected.

Lack of communications in workplace among departments. No teamwork among supervisors and staff employees. Workload is too much due to inadequate staffing . HR is very slow in hiring and gives low pay salary compared with neighboring hospitals although they said that they are , can’t hardly recruit. Employees not happy with their directors . Too many positions in the higher management that are unnecessary. Building connections is not being practice , lack of respect and gossips among individuals.
