Lack of communication and accountability between the staff and management. Covid added extra workloads on the teams without any extra help or hazard pay. Lazy front desk staff who put off their job responsibilities on one or two other front desk agents. Always on their phones and talking about other employees which is against their foxhole policy. OHM only cares about their bottom line and forces employees to sign documents and waivers in order to work, etc. They find or makeup excuses to terminate employees or write them up on BS claims. They play favorites.
