Pros

Pretty solid student load, 5-7 students typically. Good amount of flight time, weather permitting. Aircraft availability is solid and had very few maintenance problems

Cons

Weather, winds can get pretty gusty, particularly in the afternoons, more difficult to get lessons done especially with 12-30 closed at KPRC at time of writing late may of 2023. Pay could be better given the cost of living in Prescott

Pros

Safety is the number 1 priority

Cons

Feels monotonous after some time. Administration can make frustrating decisions on a whim at times.
