Pros
I’ve been able to work this job for some years while attending at ERAU. It is a great work environment with mostly friendly co-workers. There is downtime and waves of busy times.
Cons
I hate when people come to me after they have been given a run-around and when they have been passed from one employee to another because they don’t want to do their jobs and actually help the customer. All it take is some time to dig at the problem and you have fixed their entire day by helping them. It’s always great being able to help relieve people of their worries and when people decide not to do that, it’s infuriating. Also the ERAU management or people who run the school decide to accept as many people as they can and give them terrible decisions about carpooling, and sharing dorms with people they didn’t sign up to room up with. All the money in the world would never satisfy these people.
