      Great experience to gain flight time to eventually apply to the airlines

      Takes along time to be upgraded to teach in the multi engine aircraft.

      Pros

      The company has great benefits, lots of time off, and great pay. Most people are really wonderful

      Cons

      I had no training, my job description doesn't even come close to matching what we spoke about in the interviews, and my boss currently gives me no work. However, they expect me to look like I am busy all the time.

      Pros

      I've been blessed to have worked for such a great supervisor and an amazing team. There were many setbacks but we had each other's back. Also puts value in having a balanced work life.

      Cons

      Does not offer students many of the courses listed in their catalog which in turn discourages the students. Tuition increases is what ultimately made our campus site suffer the most.
