      Excellent collegial atmosphere where mutual respect is the norm amongst faculty members.

      Cons

      Faculty promotions bring little financial remuneration. Very little hope for continued salary growth with a long-term career.

      Pros

      Students are very motivated. Faculty and staff are top-notch and very dedicated. Great flex-time options. Salaries are very competitive and there are great benefits too. Offices are generally very nice. Classrooms have necessary equipment. Very easy to get around campus. Love my colleagues and students!

      Cons

      Lots of men, few women. Sometimes there's an old-boys mentality but that is changing.
