High technology for customers, but not for team members.

Pros

When in a team, you tend to be paired with great team members to work with. Open, dynamic, helpful and friendly. Great benefits and vacation time allocation.

Cons

There are constant re-organizations at that company and each new leader wishes to re-analyse the business, which leads to team re-organizations and job cuts. So many of us ex-TELUS Health team members are now on the job market looking for work due to these incessant re-orgs.
