Pros

TELUS Health offers decent pay and vacation, good benefits, and pension and share plan. Remote work is also offered. The employees genuinely care about the work they are doing and there is good camaraderie.

Cons

TELUS as a whole talks a lot about social capitalism, but when profits affect shareholders you are just a number (6,000 employees from TELUS / TELUS International recently let go, which also includes employees from TELUS Health).
