Great place for hands-on faculty

High level of professional and career individuals who went on to become faculty afterwards. College is well-equipped with film, video, production, post, studios and audio equipment. Performing Arts program has outstanding performance spaces.

Cons

Politics play a role in many things as they do in most of academia. Urban campus limits available space for expansion.

Great benefits, and new president is trying to make things more transparent and data driven. Free tuition, though it can be hard to get into the classes you want.

Going through reorganization / restructuring with new president. Sometimes uncertainty makes people uneasy.
