Pros
Because of their tuition remission for full-time employees, getting a degree while working full-time and without going into debt is feasible. The location right next to Boston Common is wonderful. The faculty is amazing and dedicated to the students despite working under an incompetent administration and a union-busting president.
Cons
Within the upper administration, there are power struggles that seem to blind the administrators to the fact that they are ultimate serving the students. At the level that is one tier down from the top administrators, there is virtually no oversight whatsoever. Without oversight, support staff are essentially working in a dictatorship with no recourse and under managers who only do enough not to get fired and simply try to justify the existence of their position without actually accomplishing anything.
