Strong Pay, but Is it Worth It?

High Starting Pay for entry-level position out, perfect for recent grads. Autonomy in day-to-day work, depending on the department, micro-managing is often not something that happens. Though it can filter through from time to time Great benefits for young professionals

Cons

Little growth opportunity. Workplace dynamics can be shifty, especially if department leadership often has opposing views and no clear alignment on mission and priorities. Overall higher up administration still shifting and no clear path or sign of leadership.

Cons
