Emerson holds some credibility in the global academic sphere as a niche academic environment for communications and the arts. The The Business of Creative Enterprises program offers a practical understanding of how to design a career centered on arts and entertainment for undergraduates.

Cons

The college administration and management has been on shifting sands for the past five years. There's a lack of stability, and managers are in need of professional development strategies. The culture of the school is deeply divisive between the administration and union, which often times is overly antagonistic.
