      Pros

      The process to get hired was simple but tidious and time consuming from the background check. Once you have everything squared away the start date shouldnt be long after all your check and drug test come back!

      Cons

      No cons from my end.

      Good starting pay Some departments have very little turnover

      Constantly hiring and firing HR does not follow through Employees not valued

      Pros

      Top tier jobs pay high Work hard and they will notice, especially if you're vocal about wanting a higher paying job, however it may not be on a shift you like. Also working hard means picking up others slack But it's a job. Worked hard, got a top tier position and paid my bills.

      Cons

      Cant bid to a position for 90 days so they can move you to whatever shift they want, whenever they want. Bids go by seniority. Most employees dont care so if you do, you get to do 3x as much work. Management doesnt care. You can complain that so and so isn't working day after day and they dont care. Also be prepared to work 3 out of 4 Saturdays a month in most locations.
