      Great atmosphere, young professionals, good working conditions, coherent and standard working and administrative procedures, well-structured hierarchy, supporting social and sportive campaigns.

      Cons

      Low wages, opportunity rather than talent/capability-based promotions, vertical promotions imply more administrative work than functional complexity growth, job insecurity due to latest changes in Emerson Group (moving the LS employees from Cluj-Napoca to Oradea campus, selling the entire EIA platform, Network Power's spin off), significant wage differences between similar jobs from different BUs within the same campus;

      Pros

      US people used to work with the team which is good. Relaxed work culture, no work pressure. Good HR policies

      Cons

      Local managers try to play politics. not much of quality work , its all same repetitive work. All good work, on site is for vendors not for own employees.
