      Pros

      Lots of hard working people and there were some very interesting projects going on. No micromanaging in the engineering team. Free lunch.

      Cons

      I found that trying to get a word in with the management was sometimes a difficult task, for example 10 minutes a week would be all you could get.

      Pros

      Nice professional environment with lots of exposure to projects and engineering. Work Life balance is not that bad, good incentives package. As a corporation, it has the possibility to jump from one to the other on your career path.

      Cons

      A lot of bureaucracy all around. Sometimes I feel this is a very old company trying to get into a modern day business environment. There's no a real structure to manage resources abroad and this leads to make you feel lonely and without support from upper management.
