      Terrible management, no real career growth

      Pros

      Big company with lots of different people from all over the world that you get to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      They do not promote based on "most qualified". A lot of managers and C-level do not care about their team, managing people or your success. The culture is nonexistent. Everyone is just out for themselves. If you talk to HR they just offer to move you to a different business unit. Do not work here if you are in marketing, PR, social media or any creative position. It is not valued.

      Good if you want to make them your career but there’s a pay cap.

      Pros

      Pays well, nice cafeteria, you’ll meet some great people.

      Cons

      Management is rude, they don’t care if you are in school unless you’re going to school for their trade, don’t really care about work/life balance, I felt like prey to the men there.

      The burnout is real....

      Pros

      Fellow co-workers are great. If you are a hard worker, then job security shouldn't be an issue.

      Cons

      Re-org after re-org after re-org. Feels like you can come into work any day with a good chance of finding out you are in a new department with a new boss. Executive leadership is either out of touch or doesn't care about employee morale. It is at the lowest I've seen in my tenure. Burnout is a real concern and salary is not competitive. And it feels like complaints or suggestions fall on deaf ears. The main building is straight from the 70s and is embarrassing compared to other facilities I've been to. The whole culture is misaligned and come across as penny pinching and corporate greed.
