      Your job is safe if your a white male and belong to the country club.

      Cons

      Higher work load, less bodies to do it. No new technology or products. Zero raises for 2 years. Horrible culture from the top down. What president?

      The pay and the benefits are pretty good, but that's about it.

      Cons

      Insinkerator used to be a great place to work for, used to be very family oriented with a great atmosphere. Then Emerson corporate took over and ruined everything, drove it straight into the ground. Now you'll be nothing more than a number to them, nothing more than a filled position. If you're not hitting rate and making them money, you're useless. Dont expect to go anywhere in this company, upper management will treat you poorly unless you're really good at kissing you know what.
