The following morning we were greeted by docile floor managers picking apart irrelevant production situations as if it is the lowest paid employees fault. Your skillset is not ever rewarded. It is actually ill advised to work harder, learn more, or become a student of their practices and products. The only way to earn more financially is to stay employed longer. The more you do, the more you are expected to pick up the slack of lazy co-workers.

Has the trappings of large, old company. Innovation at a glacial speed, especially with resources internally. Many colleagues are on a long term career coast and creativity is stifled. Did not suffer COVID-19 well as a business with lots of layoffs.
