Upper management, Salesman, customers, warehouse workers are primarily temps and really don't care how they load the trucks

You don't have a supervisor on your neck at anytime. You have your freedom. You get to see parts of Georgia that you didn't know exist.

Cons

You get there at 4:00am ,you get off sometimes at 10:00pm depending on distance and load. (Salary)!
