Friendly atmosphere, great opportunity for advancement, upper management has started taking more interest in the workings of it employees which has resulted in greater degrees of relationships between divisions.

Cons

Pay is a little low, hours can be long and you definitely work for your dollar. Management asks a lot of the employees at times.

Long night due to the ineffectiveness of the maintenance crew (1 person) and managers.

Consistent work - unaffected by the economy

Cons

Doesn't provide a positive environment for growth. The company doesn't provide any educational benefits or training programs. The company cut its 401K match because profits did not increase (they did not decrease) from one year to the next. During this time executives refreshed their company Mercedes.
