We acknowledge that the past couple of years have presented challenges, particularly as we’ve navigated market pressures and financial constraints. Organizational changes are never easy, and we understand the impact that reorganizations and role shifts can have on employees, and while we have had to make some difficult decisions, we have not had layoffs every quarter. Our goal is always to balance business needs with supporting our teams, and we are continuously evaluating ways to provide stability and recognition for the hard work of our teams.
