Pros

Emplify has a great culture and a focus on an important mission - to help all people achieve their true potential at work. It's a fast-paced environment with exciting challenges that presents excellent opportunities to develop and grow professionally. There is a great collaborative spirit where coworkers help you continually improve and innovate at work. The amount of growth and opportunity I have experienced while doing meaningful work has been a highlight for me.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can be challenging at times but is also really rewarding.

Pros

Everyone at Emplify is extremely dedicated to progressing the business forward and that's what fuels me the most. I have had several career opportunities during my time at Emplify that have helped me learn and grow professionally in areas I would have never imagined focusing on. The work I contribute to is fun and stimulating and the environment is fast-paced.

Cons

Working at a startup has its challenges but Emplify has an amazing support system.

Pros

This company knows how to execute. They make a decision and then they make it happen. The organization puts a big emphasis on cross-departmental synergy and it shows constantly in the office. The space is amazing and full of hard-working, smart people. The culture is owned by all employees and its a great place to work.

Cons

Although there are attempts to be transparent from the top-down, the trickle of information was not always consistent and left employees not knowing the direction or strategy of the organization. I believe this was identified and management is now being more proactive in their communication.
