I Loved the paid time off and opportunities for Flex time. Some of the Supervisors were great to work with.

Cons

Unhappy Customers make the job harder. Strict policies about call handling time and hold time creates undo stress on customers and representatives.

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
