Poorly managed, viscous politics, lack of leadership and accountability, top heavy with dead weight, too much inconsistent bureaucracy, poor accounting, gouge clients and do not care to provide a good product, only care about themselves and their bank account, no vision. no training. unreasonable expectations, play favorites and harass others. Employee policies and procedures not followed by upper management. Do not plan on job security. no legitimate human resource department.
