Pros
President and Executives have good intent with where the organization is going. They want to focus on culture and making Academy a great place to work. Great co-workers on the lower tier who for the most part are eager to grow and learn.
Cons
While there is absolutely good intent within this organization, their money isn't where there mouth is. I watched this happen over the 2+ years I was there. Middle management is clueless and are NOT hired based on leadership skills. All about who you know in the church...which creates a very disruptive environment for all employees. Executives are super busy so they have a difficult time recognizing all of the disruption that middle management create among employee satisfaction. Even if you express your eagerness to develop and help the company (in the direction it has defined as important), employee development, growth and promotion is not a priority. Bad benefits - especially if you're a female needing contraceptives. No tuition reimbursement.
