So many cons I saw from past 10 years

During my time with the organization, I observed recurring concerns related to client satisfaction. In several instances, clients appeared unhappy due to gaps between what was promised and what was ultimately delivered. Strengthening transparency, setting realistic expectations, and honoring commitments would go a long way toward improving client relationships and protecting the company’s reputation. Another area that needs attention is workplace professionalism. Communication standards were not always maintained, and interactions occasionally came across as discourteous rather than solution-focused. A respectful approach is essential when dealing with both clients and employees, especially in challenging situations. There is a clear opportunity for leadership to reinforce ethical practices, accountability, and professional behavior across teams. Investing in communication training and promoting a culture of respect could significantly enhance both employee morale and client trust.

Great people, laid back environment, the company seems to have the right focus and direction

Cons

Very difficult to get a pay increase, and it's mainly because they are an outsourcing company in terms of you working for their clients, and a set price was already negotiated.
