      Good work life balance, as it depends on the client. So I worked for Prudential, Singapore. Worked remotely from India. Prudential was awesome.

      Great people, laid back environment, the company seems to have the right focus and direction

      Cons

      Very difficult to get a pay increase, and it's mainly because they are an outsourcing company in terms of you working for their clients, and a set price was already negotiated.
