Failure to Ensure a Safe Workplace for Women - Senior Software Engineer Accion Labs Employee Review

During my employment, I experienced and witnessed behavior that I believe created an unsafe work environment for women. Female employees were asked inappropriate questions, and I observed conduct that I believed crossed professional boundaries. I also witnessed situations that raised serious concerns about sexual harassment and abuse of authority. These issues made employees feel uncomfortable and afraid to speak up. In my experience, management did not adequately address these concerns. I encourage prospective employees to carefully evaluate the company's workplace culture before accepting an offer.
