      - friendly company culture - multicultural team - honest and clear communication with managers - very good company benefits

      - sometimes we are waiting too long for approval to move this forward from other countries, but I guess it is normal in quite big company

      Great people, laid back environment, the company seems to have the right focus and direction

      Cons

      Very difficult to get a pay increase, and it's mainly because they are an outsourcing company in terms of you working for their clients, and a set price was already negotiated.
