Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate that you enjoyed the seminars and weekly demos, we are continually working to enhance the employee experience and are happy to know that these things are appreciated! We do disagree with your feedback that there is no employee loyalty and that we only care about the bottom line. Accion operates with a philosophy of the employee = the customer. We strive to ensure our employees feel appreciated, supported, and confident in their employment with the company. We are currently working on several initiatives directly related to enhancing our relationships with our employees. We do our best to avoid cuts to project staffing, but from time to time difficult decisions must be made to ensure the health of the project. These decisions aren't always ours alone, as we are supporting projects for our customers. We make our best efforts to find new projects for our team members, but we are not always able to do so.
