Company full of highly paid "Incapables". - Senior Consultant Accion Labs Employee Review

This is a very harsh review, particularly the Advise to the Management to shut the company. If that was the case, Accion would not have to 800+ happy employees and 30+ happy clients in such a short time frame. I request prospective employees and consultants to read this review with a pinch of salt. We are glad that you at least believe that we pay well! We take our employee feedback and ex-employee feedback very seriously but this one lacks objectivity. Again like mentioned elsewhere, we are a fast growing firm and we do have several areas of improvement but we believe our employees are like our customers. You may have felt being treated unfairly, but it all comes down to performance on projects and commitments to our clients/organization. We apologize you had such experience here and wish you well in wherever you are today.
