Thank you for this feedback. We value it and apologize if you felt this way. It looks like you had trouble meeting our client's expectations. Also looks like you had to work hard to meet those expectations and eventually it did not work out. We have had a few isolated incidents of this kind (we can almost count them on our fingers and determine who you are). Our learning is to ensure we do better job of setting expectations with our onsite employees or the ones we relocate (to US) from our India center and do a better job of matching the capability with the complexity of the job.
